What happened to Phil’sJobs?

Phil’sJobs is now MyTalentMatch, Canada’s nonprofit talent platform and part of the Gerard Search TalentMatch family of recruitment solutions.

Do I need to create a new account?

No. Your existing account has moved with you to MyTalentMatch. There is nothing you need to do.

Is my candidate profile still there?

Yes. Your profile remains exactly as it was under Phil’sJobs.

Do I use the same login?

Yes. You can continue to use your existing login information to access your account and profile.

What happens to my job alerts?

Your existing job alerts remain in place, and you’ll continue to receive alerts based on your preferences.

Who can see my profile?

If your profile is Active, it can be viewed by nonprofit employers subscribed to MyTalentMatch’s candidate search feature. If your profile is Inactive, it remains hidden. You can change your visibility at any time.

Why did Phil’sJobs become MyTalentMatch?

Bringing the platform under Gerard Search connects it more closely with our broader recruitment network and gives nonprofit organizations another way to find professionals when managing their own recruitment.
